Honoring Our Heroes: Veteran’s Banners Return to Downtown Saline

Last Updated 2/18/2025

Twice a year, downtown Saline proudly displays Veteran’s Banners, honoring the brave men and women who have served our country. These banners serve as a tribute to our local heroes and a reminder of the sacrifices made for our freedoms.

To keep this meaningful tradition going, we are implementing a $25 re-hanging fee for the second year in a row. This small contribution helps us stay organized, ensures that new banners can be added, and directly funds the upkeep of the program. It allows us to replace worn-out banners, maintain and add brackets, and continue honoring our veterans with the dignity they deserve.

Banners will be displayed in late spring (including Memorial Day) and again in autumn (including Veteran's Day). If you would like to renew an existing banner  please fill out the form below. Your support keeps this initiative alive and ensures that our community continues to recognize those who have served.

For information on getting a new banner or to ask any quesions on renewing your banner,  contact Saline Main Street today.

Let’s continue honoring our veterans—past and present—by keeping their stories visible in the heart of our city.

2025 Re-hanging Fee - $25.00

Your banner will be re-hung in both late spring and fall of 2025.
