Hours of Operation for the Saline Social District

Monday - Thursday: 4 pm - 10 pm

Friday - Sunday: 10 am - 10 pm

DO stay within the boundaries of the Saline Social District when you have your beverage.

You may walk the sidewalks on the South Side of Michigan Avenue and continue down onto South Ann Arbor Street between Michigan Avenue and Henry, sit on any of the benches, or hang out in Leather Bucket Alley during regular operating hours. Look for the signs that designate the boundaries and be sure to throw your cup away in a city-provided trash recepticle prior to leaving the district. Enjoy your time in downtown Saline.

DO make sure your beverage is served in a cup that has two stickers on it: one with the social district logo, and one with the name of the business where you bought it from.

While our businesses are getting used to the changes, give them a hand and make sure they grab the right cup when you are taking a drink to go! And if you have an unfinished drink that you'd like to take with you when you walk around the district, make sure you talk to your server and have them transfer your drink to the proper cup!

DON'T take your drink from one business into another.

Legally, it's a problem if you bring a drink from Brecon into Droptop Pizza (for example). Make sure you finish your drink and dispose of your cup properly before entering another participating business.

DO dispose of your cup properly.

Before leaving the social district, make sure your cup is disposed of in a city trash can or recycling bin.

DO make sure to drink responsibly.

The Saline Social District is not a party district. Maintain your sobriety and don't bring in outside beverages. Make sure you are safe to drive or bring a designated driver as you would with all occasions where alcohol is involved.
