As someone who doesn't eat meat, I loved Salt Springs! I had the tofu sandwich, and it was amazing. They also have unique specialty cocktails and local beers, which I always appreciate. I went for my birthday, and we ended up waiting 20 minutes before being seen. We were all enjoying conversation and I used to be a server, so I don't get upset when things like this happen. Servers sometimes make mistakes and get their sections switched up! To make up for our wait, they comped our appetizer, and also gave us a $20 gift card to come back. Super generous! We ended up coming back the following weekend and I had the mushroom pizza (with vegan cheese), which was great. My partner loved his non-vegan pizza too. The building itself is so beautiful and it's just an overall nice atmosphere to be in. I will definitely keep coming back!!
