This is a very photogenic brewery. Located in an old church, the stained glass windows and high ceilings really add to the atmosphere. I got a beer flight and enjoyed brunch during my visit. I love the breakfast food on their menu, and the mushroom omelette I tried was delicious. It had just enough mushrooms to give it that earthy flavor you expect in addition to the eggs and cheese. The potatoes were nice and crispy, and the English muffin made a good platform for the jam. The beers were solid, and even the Belgian tripel was decent despite being a hard to pull off style. The service was decent. Overall, I think this is a good brewery fulfilling a niche I hadn’t really considered before.
