Salt Springs always has the best food around, from their amazing burgers to the Korean short rib to every vegetable they've ever pickled. This year I trusted them with Thanksgiving dinner and they did not let me down, it was SPECTACULAR!! The smoked turkey was moist and wonderfully seasoned and went perfectly with a bite of the cranberry-jalepeno sauce. I'm picky about gravy, but the gravy was absolutely perfect, as was the stuffing and mashed potatoes. The peach-blueberry cobbler was a delicius ending & I liked it much more than the usual pies. I've ordered take-out/reheat Thanksgiving dinners from a couple of local restaurants, but this blew those out of the water! Salt Springs Thanksgiving is definitely going to be a yearly tradition in our house. Now, if I can just get them to cook for Christmas as well.... Add- Thanks for making Christmas dinner every bit as delicious and low stress as Thanksgiving. The prime rib and all the sides were fantastic! Only problem was having brunch at Salt Springs before picking up our Xmas food and discovering how great your sausage gravy and biscuits are. Those are crazy good!!
